Pink Tuesday's Pet Salon provides premium haircutting services for pets in the Elkhorn, NE, area. Our staff members have 60+ years of combined experience when it comes to dealing with fussy pets and working with animals in general.
Jodi
Jodi started grooming in 1988 when she started showing dogs in 4-H, where her desire to learn more about animal behavior grew. Over the years she continued to train dogs in multiple dog sports. She showed her poodles in conformation and titled her Australian Cattle Dogs in CGC and Trick Dog.
In 1999, Jodi began grooming at PetSmart where she went on to become grooming manager from 2002-2013. In 2013 she opened Pink Tuesday’s Pet Salon. After getting her first exotic pet, Dexter the Capuchin, her passion for exotics grew into a second business, Critter Close-Ups.
Alicia
Alicia has always had a passion for animals. At the age of 7 she joined 4-H and started training and showing dogs. She started grooming in 1987 while learning to show her first dog in AKC. She became a 4-H dog leader after aging out of the program and while studying Animal Science in college. She graduated with a B.S. in Animal Science from Kansas State University. After getting married and having 3 children she went on to continue competing with dogs. She has trained and earned titles in Obedience, Conformation, Rally, Barnhunt, Lure Coursing, Steeplechase, Flat racing, CGC, Trick Dog, Farm Dog & Nosework. She enjoys living on a farm where she can enjoy her 3 dogs, 2 cats, 3 rabbits, ferret, chickens, ducks & goats.
Jason
Jason started grooming at Petsmart in 2005. He grew up in a family surrounded by animals, and currently shares his home with a standard poodle and an Ibizan hound. Jason enjoys spending time with his son, kayaking and spending most of his free time outdoors. He is the newest member of the Pink Tuesday's family.
Diner
Diner, our Moluccan Cockatoo, is our salon greeter! He loves meeting new clients.
